Fellow Business Owners and Managers:

I have worked with Keith King from Industrial Security Solutions to upgrade our Anti-Shoplifting security system.  We had an increase in theft both through tag removal and out the door.  Our door detector was alarming intermittently and frequently on cell phones.  So much, that would-be thieves assumed we would not check them.  Also, our magnet tags used a small retaining pin that with a small cut in the garment could be removed.

With Keith’s guidance, we purchased a Sensormatic Ultra Post System with excellent sensitivity.   The tags are a pencil magnet type with an ink-dye retaining pin.   A thief must severely damage the garment to get the pin through the garment.  And if they attempt to pull the pin, ink is released.  In just two months of use we have found several ink stain garments on our racks.  Proof of the deterrence. 

We purchased two systems for our stores and one required calibration when we activated it.  Keith was able to schedule a technician with in a few days to arrive at our store for the adjustment.

I am comfortable that this new system will affect our shrinkage problem.  And I thank Keith for his expertise and his competitive pricing.
